How does the free trial work?
You start a 14-day trial with a card up front. It converts to paid automatically when the trial ends; cancel anytime before then and you are not charged.
What is a seat?
A seat is one login account on your board. You pay per seat; people you delegate to without an account are free.
Can I self-host?
Yes. Plankworks is a single Go binary plus PostgreSQL and runs on your own box. The trial is the hosted way to evaluate it.
Do I need an AI key?
No. AI features are bring-your-own-key and optional; everything works without one, with a deterministic fallback for priority suggestions.
Who owns my data?
You do. Your board is tenant-isolated, and self-hosting keeps every row on hardware you control.
